Will the Thule Outbound Cargo Bag # TH868 Fit on a 2012 Honda CR-V with Factory Roof Rack

I have a 2012 Honda CR-V and have recently had Honda dealer install roof racks. I am impressed with the Thule Outbound th868, but want to ensure it will fit my car. Thanks.
