Will Erickson E-Track Cause Wood Rot on Trailer Boards
Question:
Even though the trailer boards are treated how do you keep the wood from rotting under the e tracks? Moisture will collect and hold between the track and wood?

We haven't gotten any feedback on the Erickson Horizontal E-Track # E19148 that it causes wood rot. In general the water would drain between the boards or out the ends of the track pretty easily. These tracks wouldn't cause wood rot at a quicker rate that normal for treated boards.
