Suspension Enhancement to Reduce Bounce On a 2015 GMC Sierra With Air Lift Air Helper Springs
Question:
I have a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD with a SuspensionMAXX leveling kit and an Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 airbag system installed - otherwise a stock truck. The air bags work great to level the load, but Im also looking for ways to minimize bounce when hauling a payload. Im considering the RAS 3611-HD. Will this product enhance my rear suspension and help reduce bounce? Will this product fit my vehicle with airbags already installed? Is there a different suspension upgrade I should consider instead?

The best way to reduce the bouncing you are experiencing in your 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57338 is by changing out the air springs. By installing 2 of the Replacement Air Springs # AL84297 with the internal jounce bumper this will reduce the bouncing. The jounce bumper helps to absorb the bouncing you are experiencing and will effectively upgrade you to the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88338.
The RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-HD can be installed with your air springs but they will not reduce the amount of bouncing you are experiencing. When you installed the Air Lift springs on your Sierra you removed the factory jounce bumpers and all the other aftermarket jounce bumpers mount in the same location as your air springs.
