The Gustafson 12V RV LED Pendant Light w/ Light Shade # 277-000416 has a power wire and a ground wire so as long as the power wire is ran through a switch and not a constant power source it will work in that manner. This is actually meant to be connected to a switch for the interior lighting of your RV.
