Front And Rear SumoSprings Recommendations For A 2016 Ford E-450
Question:
There is an eTrailer video for the installation of the similar part for the REAR on a 2018 Jayco. What is important is that although that unit already had aftermarket swaybars and shocks the installer still noticed an improvement. Is there a video for the installation on the FRONT? My unit E450 has aftermarket swaybars and Bilstein shocks all around. I am interested in the sumo solo parts but I am concerned about the ride becoming more stiff/harsh or not noticing any improvement. Also if I decide to go with the sumos only in the front will my ride height in the front be affected?

For your 2016 Ford E-450, you can absolutely use the:
-SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSF-106-47 in conjunction with your existing anti-sway bars and still notice a suspension enhancement.
These SumoSprings feature progressive load control, which means the more you load them the stiffer they are, and the lighter load you have, the softer they'll become.
With these springs having a 1,000-lbs capacity, you should notice a rather softer ride.
Additionally, for ride height, your front end will be closer to full extension so it'll have a bit of lift, but when used with the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-106-47-1 it will correct the height difference.
For an installation video for the front, I have included an installation video one of our techs did on a 2017 Ford E-Series cutaway like your E-450.
