Replacement Gaskets For RV Air Conditioner Rooftop Units

Question:

I am taking my current AC Dominic 15K BTU unit in living room location and moving it to the bedroom vent opening. Im placing an Advent 15K BTU into the vacated Dominic vent utilizing the existing air distribution box. Ive ordered an Advent air distribution box for the Dominic AC fitting into the bedroom location. If the rubber seal on the Dominic AC becomes damaged during the move do you have replacements for this? In the new location for the Dominic AC what size wiring is used to connect to the breaker box? Yes, you can use the Valterra Foam Weather Stripping for RV Air Conditioners # A10-1414 to replace the gasket on your old Dometic rooftop unit. I can not stress enough though to not drag the unit when you're swapping these out. It will tear the gasket up and and roof membrane which is a nightmare to fix/replace.

As for the wiring size needed that will depend on the unit but you'd be safe using 10AWG or thicker wiring for the AC power to the unit.
