Recommended Hitch w/ a 2" Receiver for a 2010 Honda Fit
Question:
I may purchase a bike rack for heavy ebikes that requires a class 3 hitch compatible for 2010 Honda Fit. I found hitches that work with this car but can’t identify the class as class 3. Which model fits all these requirements?

The only option for a 2" hitch on your 2010 Honda Fit is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 306-X7286 you were looking at. This hitch only has a 200 lbs tongue weight capacity. So long as your bike rack and heavy e-bikes weigh below 200 lbs this hitch will be the only option for your vehicle. Ecohitch does not rate the class on this hitch so you will want to refer to your vehicles owner's manual to verify if your Fit has a 200 lbs tongue weight capacity.
If you are looking for a bike rack that will carry two e-bikes then I highly recommend the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # S94FR.This bike rack weighs 60 lbs and has the capacity to carry two e-bikes up to 70 lbs apiece. It is a frame mount rack so you will not have to worry about damaging any fenders your bikes may have. This bike rack fits a 2" receiver and is compatible with the EcoHitch item # 306-X7286.
