Recommended Weight Distribution System for a Magic Tilt Aluminum Trailer

Tow Vehicles: Toyota 4Runner and Toyota Tacoma Boat trailer, boat, engine, fuel, batteries, trolling motor fully loaded weight 4500 lbs tongue weight comes in closer to 400. Trailer is a Magic Tilt Aluminum trailer Magic Tilt has little info on using a weight distribution hitch with a 2014 aluminum tandem trailer. I dont have a sway problem with either vehicle setup but would like to solve a rear end sag issue. The question is whether an equalizer 6K hitch set up per their hitch L-bracket for single pole trailers would eliminate any stress on the aluminum trailer that might be caused if using a pole tongue adapter? If a weight distribution hitch is not a viable option what other options are there?

Yes, you can use the 6K Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System item # EQ37060ET on your Magic Tilt Aluminum trailer. this system has a 200 lbs to 600 lbs. I checked and weight distribution systems are commonly used with these trailers.

You will need to use the Pole-Tongue Adapter for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems item # EQ95-01-5950 to attach the L brackets to your aluminum trailer.

The main issue I see you encountering is having to relocate your trailer's jack.
