Will the actuator work with the on board braking system on a 2022 Chevy 3500HD?

Yes, the Hydrastar actuator included with the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit # HSE7K-T1SO is compatible with the OEM brake controller on your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500. There used to be an issue for the Chevy pickups where they needed the Adapter # HBA-CAM for the systems to communicate with each other properly but that was for the 2007 - 2017 model years. The 2018 and up Chevy models should work just fine according to Hydrastar.
