I reached out to Draw-Tite and they do not offer the adapter posts separately from the Hi-Rise Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch # 9480. I recommend replacing it with the Demco Recon 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550045-5W that attaches itself to the gooseneck hitch ball rather than sliding into the hitch receiver. This will allow you to fit a large variety of gooseneck hitches rather than just the B&W Turnover, Hide-A-Goose and Bulldog Under-Bed.
