Can I store my kayaks on this trailer in the saddle up holders or will that be bad for the kayaks?

Yes, you should be fine to store your kayaks on the Malone 2 Tier LowBed MegaSport Trailer with Saddles # MAL22FR.
Some tips we have come across in the past for storing kayaks on a trailer are to store them upside down, loosely strap them in (not too tight, just enough to prevent wind movement) and cover them. If you are in a climate that gets extremely hot, you would want to keep any eye on them to ensure they are not losing shape.
