? why electric jack burning wire off switch. Dealer replaced switch for the 2nd time and did the something burn off wire

When wires start burning it means there's a bad connection somewhere - typically the ground.

For example, electric jacks like our Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX ground via the mounting hardware and then you'll need to check the power connection wire as well. When it comes to replacing the switch it uses part # EJ-3520-PSW which has prongs and blade-type connectors on the wires so you need to make sure the contacts and the blade connectors are clean and free of debris and corrosion. It also helps to ensure that it's wired correctly as that can cause issues.
