Replacement Leaf Spring Solution for Dexter 3,500 lb Axle with 25-3/8 inch Length Spring

Question:

Hey there, I have some leaf springs on a Dexter 3500lb axle that are on a homemade trailer. I pulled a spring pack off the trailer to measure it and it looks like I am getting 25 3/8 center to center of the bolt holes. It is also a 4 leaf spring pack. Im curious what size I should go with as I do not see that length on yalls website. Im assuming since the trailer is 20+ years old and the leafs have some sag and wear to them that they were originally 25 1/8 since that seems to be the closest thing I have seen for 3500lb axles on yalls website. Let me know what your thoughts are, thanks!

You are on the right track to finding the correct replacement leaf springs for your trailer with a Dexter 3,500 lb axle. Leaf springs do tend to stretch over time so the 25-1/8 inch length of the # SP-e54SR would be correct and would work great on your trailer.
