Will the Rhino-Rack Batwing Awning Mount to Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket
Question:
Can I mount this product to a Yakima Loadwarrior basket? Also, would I be able to open the rear hatch on my 2019 Outback with the awning deployed? TIA!

The Rhino-Rack Batwing Awning part # RR33200 mounts to roof rack crossbars with an integrated channel or t-track. In addition to this, the crossbars must extend out past the mounting feet in order to be made compatible. Therefore, it would not be able to be mounted to the Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket so you'd simply have to mount the awning to the rack beside the cargo basket.
In regards to hatch clearance, you should be able to open the back hatch mostly but this can vary from vehicle to vehicle.
