Replacement Tankless Water Heater Option For A 2005 Forest River Wildcat

Can use this to replace my hot water heater in a 2005 Forest River Wildcat and put under sink where old tank was ?

Yes absolutely you can use the Excel RV Tankless Water Heater # EX93FR to replace your older water heater in your 2005 Forest River Wildcat.
However it should be noted that this unit is only available in a gas configuration and requires 2" of clearance on either side and 8" above the unit for proper ventilation.
Additionally, this unit has an overall measurement of 11-1/4" wide x 14-5/8" tall x 5-1/4" deep, and will provide a 38,000 Btu heating capacity.
