Troubleshooting A 2019 Ford F-150 That Does Not Have Power To The 7-Way
Question:
All lights function properly. Dont have power to 7 oclock terminal which is + for trailer power. Ground - at 1 oclock is good. 25A fuse at position 30 checked and OK. Where do I go next?

I did some research, and it appears that a newer Ford feature may be causing no power to your truck's 7-way.
Apparently, if a trailer is not detected the truck will not supply power to the 7-way plug. Once a trailer has been connected, and the info screen indicates the trailer is connected, the truck will then send 12V to the 7-way.
The only way your truck will provide 12V power through connector is only after you program your connected trailer, complete hookup to trailer, start vehicle, inform truck which trailer is connected, step on brake for +3 seconds, and switch internal lights on and off at least once.
