2008 Smart Fortwo Supplemental Braking for Flat Towing

Is the vacuum line hookup required for a 2008 Smart fortwo?

To install the Roadmaster InvisiBrake part # RM-8700 in a vehicle you do need to access the vacuum lines but this kit is not confirmed as a fit for your 2008 Smart fortwo so I would not recommend it. Instead a setup like the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR would be a much better option that is a much easier install as well.
