How to Lock ROLA Dart Cargo Carrier 59550 to Trailer Hitch

I am trying to find a replacement hitch pin, preferably locking, but will be happy to find anything that will work for ROLA Dart Folding Cargo Carrier. It is a 12mm threaded pin. Do you have anything that will work?

The ROLA Dart Cargo Carrier 59550 has a different thread count than any of the other carriers we have (I don't know why everyone avoids a universal solution) so to lock your carrier to your vehicle you'll need to use a cable lock like the Master Lock # 8218DPS and thread it through the carrier basket and the safety chain loops on your hitch receiver.
