Recommended Suspension Enhancement for 2020 Ford F-250 With Slide In Camper

I have a 2020 F250, I am about to purchase a slide in bed camper, other than the tiedowns do I need to add anything else to the truck like anti sway, airbags etc? Thank you

With all of that extra weight in the bed of your 2020 Ford F-250 I definitely recommend adding suspension enhancement. The best choice would be the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F35FV (4WD models) or # F2600 (2WD).

These will provide you with 5,000 lbs of load leveling capacity to help keep you level. They will also help improve stability and steering control while absorbing bumps and road shock. The overall result will be a much more comfortable ride while carrying your camper.

In addition to the air bags, I also recommend adding an air compressor like the # F2219. This will allow you to control the pressure in the air bags no matter where you are. It is a dual path system so you can control them individually. This will be especially helpful with the in bed camper to help keep you level side to side depending on how it is loaded.
