Diameter of Hitch Pin and Clip Hole

Good Morning: What is the opening in which you a clip on your basic hitch pin. I want to install my own lock into the clip hole.

For hitch pin and clips the diameter of the hole is normally .28 inch and the diameter of the standard clips like part # 55515 is .15 inch.
