The only time I know of where a wiper needs to be adjusted is when it's visibly not functioning as intended and you can see that something needs to be slipped around or whatnot. If the wiper blade is pressed against the windshield but the performance is lacking then that means you need new wiper blades.
According to our research you need the Wiper Technologies Heavy Duty Windshield Wiper Blade # WPR29FR 26" blade for both the driver and passenger side. There aren't any instructions on how to remove/install this wiper blade set but it looks like it's a simple bolt-on installation so you'll just want to pay attention to the order and location of the washers when you remove the old blade.
