The Phoenix Electric Trailer Jack part # UF38-944040 will be an excellent option for a 12,000 lb trailer as it only needs to cover the max tongue weight which at 15% would only be around 1,800 lbs. This is one of the fastest jacks on the market with up to 10" of travel in 18 seconds. It also has an industry leading 10-year warranty.
