No, The Detail K2 Mighty Multi Utility Trailer # K2MMT4X6 does not come fully assembled. The trailer has a simple assembly with included hardware. It has a powder coated steel frame, floor, walls, and fenders which are durable and UV resistant.
The trailer hitch has a gross vehicle weight rating of 1,600 pounds and has a payload capacity of 1,295 pounds.
Depending on what version of 2003 Honda Civic you have you will need a trailer hitch to tow your scooter. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11204 has a bolt-on installation with no welding required. It has a gloss black powder coat finish which is over a protective base coat that offers a superior rust resistance.
The trailer hitch has a gross trailer weight up to 2,000 pounds and has a maximum tongue weight up to 200 pounds. I would recommend checking your vehicle's manual to find out the proper towing capacities for your vehicle.
The Draw-Tite Drawbar # 3593 and The 2 inch Hitch Ball # 19258 are needed to tow the trailer above as well.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56341 will give you a 4-flat connector that will plug into the trailer above. It will make it to where the trailer's stop, turn, and taillights mirror your vehicle's stop, turn, and taillights.
This harness plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area, behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side taillights.
