Recommended SumoSprings for Hauling Cargo in a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST Z71 4x4

Question:

I have a 2020 chevy silverado 1500 RST Z-71 I occasionally pull a 24foot toy hauler, I have a weight distribution hitch on it, but it still sags the rear of the truck 2 1/2-3 Hitch weight is about 800 LBS. I also have a couple hundred LBS of gear in the bed of the truck. Id like to get rid of the sagging, would the sumo springs do that? Also, being right at 1000 LBS, should I go with the 1500# springs ss4545fr? There is about 6 1/2inch between the bottom of the frame and the top of the axle, where the factory bump stop is. I believe the summo spring with the spacer is 6. that would leave 1/2 of space.

The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs item # SS45FR are confirmed to fit your 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 RST Z-71. These would be a great addition to your trucks suspension and the 1,500 lbs capacity would help to level out the rear end.

You will want 1/4" to 1/2" gap between the SumoSprings and the contact point on your 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500. This gives you enough space so the springs won't always be engaged.

I included a video of the # SS45FR for you to take a look at.

I also recommend setting up your weight distribution hitch with most if not all of your cargo out of the bed of your truck. This will help to address that sagging issue.
