Question:
It would be helpful to tell the people WHAT IS THE CONNECTION TO THE GROUND left or right pole from the picture. This is for a 2006 Pontiac Montana small engine. Also, please advise where to place the unit. Thanks, Looking forward to your early reply.

In regards to the Starter Solenoid part # PK5230701, the larger terminals are for power in and out. The smaller terminals are for ignition/remote and ground. It does not matter which side goes where. The solenoid is designed to be mounted vertically, with the cap facing downward. It should be mounted in an enclosed area, but not in the engine compartment.
