How To Remove The Crossbar On Your Falcon 5250 Tow Bar For Direct-Connect Use
Question:
I have a Falcon 5250 tow bar with a cross body base plate. I am going to change vehicles and would like to convert the ends of the Falcon 5250 serial no. 027088 to the direct connect style. Can I do this? Part nos?

Expert Reply:
The Falcon 5250 direct connect attachment points should just be attached to the crossbar by quick links (pictured below). You'll just need to pull the clips from the quick links and pull them out and your Falcon 5250 will be ready to connect to direct-connect style baseplates just like the Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520.
