Solution for 3,500 Pound 70-1/4" Long Trailer Axle

Can you custom make an axle for 3500 lbs 70 1/4 long tube with springs centered at 64 1/4. 5 hole 4.5 pattern standard ?

I do have a solution, but custom axles are not something we make here at etrailer. What I can offer is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension system. This fits any frame width so there is no need to have a custom length axle built for your trailer. It will also replace/upgrade your suspension. Since you're also looking for a hub with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern we have the # A35RS545 with an idler hub or the # A35RS545E with a hub/drum and electric brakes.
