The Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller # C51170 is a great brake controller and will work with your 2019 Chevy Tahoe LS but you'll need some additional wiring to complete the setup depending on whether you have the tow package or not.
With tow package:
Plug-In Adapter # C51451
Without tow package:
Universal Wiring Adapter # C51515
Trailer Connector # 30955 (if your Tahoe doesn't already have this)
