Should I Replace My 9 Year Old First Alert Carbon Monoxide Smoke Detector

I have a First Alert Carbon Dioxide and Smoke Detector Model # SC05RVA that is 9 years old. What would you recommentd to replace it?

According to First Alert, smoke alarms should be replaced 10 years from the date of manufacture. If your unit was manufactured 9 years ago, you will still have one year of use left before you would have to replace it.
We do have carbon monoxide detectors, such as the Atwood RV Carbon Monoxide and Propane Gas Detector - 12 Volt - White, part # AT36681. It also detects propane gas. Unfortunately we do not carry smoke detectors.
