Are The Reese Universal Base Rails # RP30035 Industry Standard Rails

Does this universal mounting kit contain industry standard Rails? I have a PullRite model 1900 5th wheel hitch that I want to mount in my truck, i was told that I need to purchase a kit that includes Industry standard rails. Will this kit work? Your website shows that it will fit my truck.
