If your Superwinch LT2000 only works in one direction then the relay that powers the winch has gone bad or it is dirty.
I recommend trying to clean the connectors first and check again for functionality. If cleaning the contacts does not solve your problem, then I recommend replacing your entire relay with the:
-Bulldog Winch Replacement Relay - 60/80A - 14V DC, 5-prong plug # BDW20101.
After the relay is swapped out you should notice your winch working properly again.
