Yes, the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist with Tie-Downs - Side Loading, part # TH898, does work with the Yakima JetStream crossbars. Provided your crossbars extend beyond the Thule foot between 4" and 8".
I have included a video review link and a diagram showing how much room your crossbars need to accommodate the Thule Hullavator.
