Troubleshooting a Bargman Tail Light # 30-92-002 Installation

I recently purchased the 30-92-002 lights 2 for my pickup. the box had rusted through and I built a wooden bed. Im having issues with hooking up the wires to the tail lights. my turn signals work, my tail lights are also working. Brake lights work also. My back up lights arent working and when my tail lights are on I dont have brake lights? Any ideas? Thank you

It sounds like you might need to check the wiring of the Trailer Light # 30-92-002. I think there might be an issue on the tail light and blinker circuits that is causing your tail lights not to work when your brakes are applied. It almost sounds like the wiring might be backwards between the two circuits.
Here is how the # 30-92-002 should be wired up:
The red wire should be wired to the reverse light circuit.
The green wire should be wired to the tail light circuit.
The black wire should be wired to the blinker and brake circuit.
Finally, the white wire should be grounded.
I suspect the reverse light circuit may not be functional from your vehicle wiring if it is not functioning although it is connected to the correct circuit.
