Will it structurally damage an ARE canopy MX series to install a Maxxair vent fan on the roof? Thank you

Installing the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent part # MA00-04500K would not structurally damage the roof of your ARE canopy. This requires a 14 inch by 14 inch square cut hole but if properly placed on your roof would not cause any issues.
