Replacement Leaf Spring for 3,500 lb Axle with 25-3/4 Double Eye Spring

Question:

Hello I have what I believe are 3500 lb axles 3in diameter. They have a tiny single spring though. It used to be an enclosed trailer and after knocking off they top in an accident they just made a flat trailer out of it. The springs are 25 3/4 from bolt hole to bolt hole and I only find 25 1/8 or so on your page. Not sure what length to get I just want a better beefier spring setup for it Thank you for your time

Thank you for all of the information!

For your application I recommend checking out the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,000-lb Trailer Axles # e57SR. This measures 25-1/4" from center eye to center eye but that will likely match up with what you have.

Most people will measure the leaf spring while it still has a load on it (even if it's just the trailer frame) but we take our measurements while the spring is unloaded. If you relieve pressure off of the leaf spring by raising your trailer up by the frame then your 25-3/4" measurement will likely be reduced. Combine that with leaf springs slowly expanding over time and it looks like the 25-1/4" spring will fit the bill.

Attached is a review video for you to check out.
