Base Plate and Tow Bar To Be Able To Flat Tow a 1971 Ford Bronco

I was wondering if there was a mounting kit available for my 1971 Bronco to use the RM-501 Bar. Something generic perhaps I can use to build my own mounts?

I have an option but I do not see that anyone makes a custom fit kit for your 1971 Ford Bronco. With these tow bars there are standards the manufacturers must adhere to so you will not see a universal/generic kit. If you can find a front bumper with 3/4" shackle mounts that is rated for flat towing you will be able to use the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts # RM-035 with a Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522.

I do not see any way to use your Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar # RM-501 without a custom fit base plate that will work with the Roadmaster crossbar. Do be sure to verify that your running gear will allow you to flat tow your Bronco.
