I am looking for replacement bars for Drawtite #06623-099.

The Draw Tite weight distribution system you have has been discontinued since 2010 so the replacement spring bars are not available. Only solution would be an all new weight distribution system like the Reese Steadi-Flex part # RP66559 which has a tongue weight range of 500-1,000 lbs and features a great friction sway control setup that works to minimize sway.
