Trouble Loading Mountain Bike On Thule Helium 2 Bike Rack

Hello, I recently purchased a helium aero hanging style rack. The issue is that I have a dual suspension bike and its terrible trying to get it on these bulky aero cradles. It looks like the helium pro cradles are a much smaller profile. Is that the case, as I dont need them to be a lot smaller, just a little smaller would help out alot. Also, is it possible to even put helium pro cradles on a helium aero rack no problem? Thoughts? FYI I have seen the thule adapter arm and am not to keen on it.. thanks

I wish I had a better option for you but hanging style racks are not great for mountain bikes as they are much harder to get off and on due to the frame design. There aren't any lower-profile cradles for the Thule Helium 2 Bike Rack. The only option we offer for easier loading/unloading for the exception of a new rack like the Pro 2 part # TH9042PRO would be the Thule Bike Adapter Bar for Women's and Alternative Frame Bikes part # TH982XT.
