Is the Westlake ST235/75R15 Radial Off-Road Trailer Tire Good For Long Highway Trips?
Question:
Our ‘21 Epro19FD came with off road Westlake ST 235/75R CR 875+, Load Range C, max speed 75mph tires. We typically drive ~62mph on expressways. Had no issues last season. Driving to Yellowstone National Park from Georgia in mid-late August. Wondering if we need to upgrade to Goodyear Endurance or if we’re still ok with the Westlake tires. We have a TPMS. Appreciate your thoughts and advice.

You are safe staying with your Westlake ST235/75R15 Radial Off-Road Trailer Tire # WST54FR as long as it is not damaged or showing signs of dry rot due to sun damage. As this tire has a radial construction it will perform well on the highways.
It is very smart having a TPMS # TM89FR to monitor the tire pressure and temperature during your trip. This will help you in the event of a flat before the tire has a blowout and damages your trailer.
I do recommend bringing a spare Wheel # AM20551 and Tire # WST54FR in the event of a flat. There are some parts along your trip where you may be stuck for multiple hours on the side of the road without one.
