How to Find Brakes for a Pop-Up Camper Converted to a Trailer
Question:
I have an old pop up camper that was turned into a flatbed trailer. It has 7 inch hubs on itDexter I cant seem to locate the brake assemblies for it. Can you help?

The correct brakes will depend on a few factors including the hub size. We have the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-47-48 which fits 7" hubs, a 4 bolt pattern, 2,000 lb. axles with wheels between 10" - 13".
If this is not what you have on your camper/trailer conversion then please let me know the axle capacity, bolt pattern and wheel size and I would be happy to help you track down the correct brakes.
I have also included a help article about bolt pattern and measuring your axle if you no longer have an axle tag with information.
