Wheel Mount Bike Rack to Carry 2 Sondor Step-thru Bikes

Looking for a carrier for my two Sondors Easy Step Nikes on my 2017 JK Wrangler. The Hollywood rack yo have recommended for other evoked won’t work as there is no crossbar to attach the upright support bar
