Which fuse or relay works the trailer tail lights. 2009 Ford F-150. Brake and turn signals work.

I went ahead and looked up what you're needing for your 2009 Ford F-150, and was able to find that the correct fuse for your trailer's taillights, is located in the power distribution box under the hood in slot 31, it will be a 20A fuse (shown in image below).
Additionally, you can also check your fuses with a circuit tester # PTW2993 to help you troubleshoot in the future if an occurrence like this comes up again.
