Can The Excel RV Tankless Water Heater Be Installed In A Van

Question:

Hi there, I have a question about the tankless water heater, can I install that in my van and use the sink for hot water from to 7 gallon water tanks? Its for a small vending cart. Thank you.

Yes, but the Excel RV Tankless Water Heater # EX93FR requires a water pressure of 2 psi up to 120 psi to properly function. You would need a pump to create the pressure for it to operate if you're pulling from a 7 gallon tank.

I recommend the Seaflo Diaphragm Pump for Boats and RVs # SE58FR with its 3.0 GPM and 45psi rating.

Other than that you'll just want to mount it in a well ventilated place with 3" of clearance on the sides and 8" of clearance above.
