The anti-sway bar you referenced, part # RM-1139-117 from Roadmaster, is intended for use on motor homes, but we do have an anti-sway bar for the 2012 Ford F350.
For the F-350 pickup we offer a sway bar to replace the factory unit. This item is part # RM-1139-173.
This requires the factory end links from the OEM sway bar for installation. If your F-350 does not have a factory sway bar you will need to purchase the end links from a Ford dealer. This part works with dually trucks.
