To know if the 5th Airborne Premium 5th Wheel Air Ride King Pin w/ Sidewinder and Turret ST400-5AS16K will fit your 2014 Forest River XLR 386X12HP you'll need to first determine the bolt pattern of your current pin box.
Typically there will be a sticker that has serial and RPO numbers on it that we can look up to find the bolt pattern. If not, then you will need to use the attached guide and take some measurements to determine the bolt pattern.
The ST400-5AS16K fits the following bolt patterns: Leland 7910, Leland 7920, and Leland 7921. These are not very commonly used so I'm betting that this specific pin box will not fit your trailer.
The most typical bolt pattern is the 1621, which would require the # RP61422.
