Is the Taylor Made Sur-Moor T3C Mooring Buoy with Center Tube # 36946372 Stabbable

Question:

How hard is this buoy? We got a vinyl taylormade Tuff End inflatable buoy and somebody keeps stabbing it with a knife to deflate the buoy. Is this Mooring Buoy hard enough to with stand a knife trying to put a small slit in it to deflate.

The Taylor Made Sur-Moor T3C Mooring Buoy with Center Tube # 36946372 is made of polyethylene which is considered a softer but durable plastic. I want to say it would hold up well to being stabbed but it's unfortunately never been tested for that. I hope you catch the buoy stabber though.
