Recommended Trailer Brake Controller For a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe With Factory Tow Package
Question:
Would you still recommend the Redarc tow pro elite for the hybrid rubicon
asked by: Christopher W
Expert Reply:
Yes, you can use the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR with the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness # RED93RR on your 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe with the factory tow package. This controller includes a Universal Mount # 331-TPSI-001 that will give you a factory appearance and it does not take up a lot of room like other controllers that mount on the lower dash.
The Tow-Pro Elite allows you to switch to a user controlled mode that will allow you better control if you plan on overlanding with your trailer. It will also come in handy if you are using the regenerative braking feature as you can adjust the power to the trailer brakes more easily.
