All Suburban water heaters, like your model SW6DEA, should use a 3/4" diameter anode rod like the:
-Camco RV Water Heater Anode Rod # CAM11563.
This rod is made from aluminum, measures 3/4" in diameter, and is 9-1/2" long.
I also recommend checking out the FAQ video attached that goes over how to clean and drain your water heater.
