Does Reese Wedge SWW-09 Fit Pullrite Hitch and Prevent Rotating at Hitch

Howdy,can I just fit the wedge into place to stop pin box rotating at the hitch

The 5th Airborne Wedge for Pullrite hitches part # SWW-09 that you referenced is designed to stop a pin box from rotating at the hitch if the hitch is a Pullrite like yours and the pin box is a Sidewinder or 5th Airborne Sidewinder.
