Adapting 5th Wheel Rails to Tow Gooseneck Trailer

Question:

We need to adapt a EZZ Glide 30051 More-Ryee Kwik Slide 5th wheel to tow a gooseneck. Which one do we need. Will the RP5809 work?

I am not completely sure which fifth wheel hitch you have. If you have the Reese # RP30051, which uses the industry standard fifth wheel hitch mounting rails, the # RP58079 gooseneck hitch you referenced would work absolutely perfectly for you.

To determine if your bed rails are industry standard, compare the distances of the mounting slots to the photo I have edited for you. To be compatible with the Reese RP58079, your rails should have slots that are 22 inches apart front-to-back on center and 10 inches apart center to center, measured-side-to side.
